Sukh Ghosh is taking on the challenge of climbing Mount Toubkal - the highest peak in North Africa at 4,167 metres. Between 15th & 19th September he will trek through dramatic Berber villages and rugged alpine terrain.

· Running Chair Yoga & other gentle exercise classes
RAISING AWARENESS about heart health in the community
· Booklets and booklet racks in community spaces
· Leaflets – including in community languages
· Talks and stalls at public events, high streets and places of worship etc
Providing & facilitating HEART HEALTH TESTING in community locations
PURCHASING ITEMS FOR PATIENTS on the Cardiac Ward at Ealing Hospital which the NHS does not provide
Working with the NHS locally to improve SERVICES FOR HEART PATIENTS
Training and supporting our VOLUNTEERS
Running our WEBSITE & MEMBERS' NEWSLETTER which provide heart health advice
